Anadromous Fish Performance Objectives and Metrics

The overarching performance standard for the operation of the FCRPS is juvenile and adult survival through the hydrosystem. The Action Agencies have largely achieved or exceeded the adult performance standards in the 2000 FCRPS BiOp and will continue to monitor adult passage and periodically assess survival to ensure that adult survival remains high. Juvenile passage survival improvements and implementation of non-hydrosystme actions will be tracked and evaluated relative to the performance targets identified in the BiOp and UPA.

Each non-hydrosystem category of actions in the UPA contains performance measures and targets to ensure accountability for performance and ultimately allow for evaluation of biological performance. The Action Agencies will monitor performance and report the results in annual progress reports and in comprehensive performance evaluations for 2007 and 2010.
