Definition
Covers work by the contractor to identify, prioritize, assess, and ultimately select projects. Often associated with Model Watersheds, or habitat restoration programs that coordinate multiple projects within a larger umbrella project. Coordination work that helps identify and select projects or sites should be covered under this work element.
