Produce Pisces Status Report

Definition
This work element covers the reporting of status of milestones and deliverables in each contract. These milestone status reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as negotiated between the contractor and COTR.
For any other type of status report required or produced for a contract, use WE# 141: Produce Status Report -- except those specifically covered under other work elements (e.g., WE# 132: Produce (Annual) Progress Report, or WE# 183: Produce Journal Article).

Rule 1: List each type of report as a separate work element.
In addition to a status report, a contractor may also submit an annual report,
and reports for environmental compliance documentation (these are separate work
elements).
Example:
WE: Produce Pisces Status Report
WE Title: Road to Happiness Obliteration Project Pisces Status Report
WE Description: Prepare and submit status report to COTR via Pisces 7 days after the end of the month (if monthly) or 15 days after the end of the quarter (if quarterly).
WE: Produce Status Report
WE Title: Road to Happiness Obliteration Project Status Report
WE Description: Prepare and submit status report to requesting agency by the required due date.
WE: Produce Annual Report
WE Title: Road to Happiness Obliteration Project Annual Report
WE Description: Summarize activities and accomplishments from the project, as well as lessons learned and send to COTR.

Environmental Compliance
Applicability and status of the following environmental compliance requirements can be found on the Environmental Compliance tab for that work element in your SOW for all 2007 contracts forward. BPA's Environmental staff will update and maintain this information in Pisces in real time, so that you can check the status of environmental compliance on your project at any time. Note: Many of the fields are set to auto-load in Pisces, but the settings will be reviewed by BPA's Environmental staff prior to the contract being finalized, and may be revised depending on the specific circumstances.
